Nepco Lake County Park
Nepco Beach
Nepco Lake County Park is a day use park which was donated by Nekoosa Papers, Inc. in 1977. The 125 acre park is open year-round for outdoor activities from 8 a.m. – 10 p.m. It features a beach area, boat ramp, picnic area, playground, handicapped access boat docks and a small open shelter. An enclosed shelter is available for rent year round. The 494-acre lake is a popular fishing spot year-round for walleye, bass, northern, and pan fish.
There are 4.4 miles of ski trails on rolling terrain. Trails are groomed for skate and classic skiing by River Cities Nordic Ski Club. Passes can be purchased at the trailhead.
